POLICIES
Shipping Information
Wine is a perishable commodity. Extreme temperatures such as hot, humid summer and cold, winter weather may adversely affect the condition of your wine during shipment. Grevino is not responsible for, and will not replace wine that is damaged by, extreme weather conditions during shipment. When your wine order is picked up by the common carrier for delivery, responsibility for the wine becomes your responsibility.
Grevino in its sole and absolute discretion shall select the common carrier for all wine shipments. Deliveries are confined to the domestic United States, and typically arrive within one week of your order. If you want your wine shipped faster, you may have the option at checkout of choosing an expedited service level for an additional cost. Shipping rates will be determined and displayed prior to checkout with free shipping on purchases over One Hundred Dollars ($100.00).
Due to various state laws, we can only ship wine to the states that appear in the selection box on the order form. Please create an order and verify that your state is available as a shipping address for us.
Age Verification
By placing an order with us, you are stating that you are at least 21 years of age and that the recipient of the order is also at least 21 years of age. We require you to verify that you are of legal age to order our wines. The carrier will also verify the age of the recipient when delivering the package.
Receiving a Shipment
If the recipient of the wine will not be at home during regular business hours, we highly recommend sending the order to a commercial or business address where the package can be received and signed for. Orders containing alcohol cannot be left on a doorstep, sent to a P.O. Box or left with someone who is visibly intoxicated. If no one is available for delivery, two additional attempts will generally be made. If the package is never received or picked up and returned to us, there will be an additional shipping charge to resend the package.
Returns
No wines may be returned for any reason.
Prices and Non-Refundable Payments
The prices for all our products are in U.S. Dollars.
Orders are paid by credit card only. If you are a wine club member and your credit card has expired during your contractual commitment, you agree before your next shipment date to provide us with your updated or new credit card information.
We or our third party providers will process your payment information to make payments for your orders. You will be prompted to confirm payments before submitting your order. Unless otherwise agreed mutually in writing, all payments are non-refundable. You authorize us and our third party providers to process payments for orders according to the payment method specified in your account.
New payment methods and certain existing payment methods (i.e., credit card) may incur a temporary pre-authorization hold prior to our or our third party’s verification of your account and available credit or balance for the intended purchase.
