Varietal Qualities

Chardonnay produces some of the greatest white wines in the world and is recognized for its broad range off lavors, which are largely determined by climate and terrior. In cooler climates, it shows high acid and crisp apple and pear notes. Warmer vineyards produce Chardonnay full of citrus and tropical fruit notes.

Wine Notes

Chardonnay is known as the king of whites and this one holds up to that reputation. Our estate Chardonnay is fermented and aged in 100 % new French oak barrels and undergoes 100% malo-lactic fermentation. This wine finishes with a pleasant, balanced acidity. Nice tropical aromas mixed well with toasted oak and balanced acidity. This wine can be enjoyed with Prosciutto and brie.
