Varietal Qualities

The Riesling grape was originally planted in Germany, where the cool climate produces wines of bright,crisp acidity and floral aromas. In warmer areas, such as ours, Riesling shows balanced citrus flavors of lime zest and peach. While many Rieslings are sweet,ours is of a drier style.

Wine Notes

Our estate is good at making White Riesling. A good growing environment and careful cultivation makes the wine crisp and refreshing. It is complex and balanced, with lime and peach flavors which are sweet in taste. The pleasant soft and fragrant bouquet stays on the tip of the tongue after drinking. This wine is with a vigorous aftertaste and perfect long lasting structure.
