The Oceana Dunes are the only California State Park where vehicles may be driven on the beach. It’s a beautiful area about 12 miles south of San Luis Obispo and thirty minutes away from our estate vineyard
There are 3500 acres in the SVRA with 1500 acres not part of the preserve except for between March-September when that is reduced to 1100 acres for the Snowy Plover nesting season.
As a Grevino excursion we’ll personally transport you in the Grevino Land Rover to the dunes where you’ll then be given the unique and thrilling opportunity to experience driving on the sand dunes using the Grevino Rover.
Once you’ve fully enjoyed yourself we’ll make sure to have a lunch or early dinner set up for you on the beach in a private area where you’ll be able to enjoy the beauty of the California coast as well as a great bottle of Grevino wine.
