WINE100 is a highly recognized professional wine competition in blind tasting format with 8 years of history in Shanghai. The juries made up of wine experts led by Master of Wine (MW) Andrew Caillard, David Forer, Roderick Smith and Master of Sommelier (MS) Darius Allyn.

The Pinot Noir shows rich floral and strawberry in nose with aging aromas of mushroom and earthy. More juicy raspberry in palate with hint of coffee and tobacco. The texture of wine is much richer and fuller than usual Pinot Noir while maintain the freshness. It is jammy, fruity and complex at the same time.
