Grevino Chardonnay
Grapes Description

Chardonnay is treated as a multi-faced beauty in the world of wine. White wine made of her has pleasing aromas, mellow and with a textural feeling in the mouth. Moreover, wines made from Chardonnay have good acidity, finish and unique flavors. Chardonnay whites are already considered as top-class wines. Young Chardonnay wines have refreshing acidity and exhibit further aromas of green fruits. When getting more mature, however, Chardonnay wines will evolve into complex ones with rich aromas which will add to her stronger attractive qualities.

Wine Notes

This elegant Chardonnay shows scents of butterscotch, honeydew, melon and apple on the nose. Flavors of honeysuckle, granny smith apple and lemon are wrapped in a light oaky-vanilla blanket leaving a smooth yet crisp finish. 

Grevino Riesling
Grapes Description

A long growing period provides White Riesling rich fruity and good, pleasant acidity. The Riesling grape is small and the grape’s shape is cylindrical or conical. The grape colour is yellow and green and is grown densely. The skin of the fruit is thin and the flavor is unique and juicy. 

Wine Notes

Fruity and ripe fruits of pineapple, meyer lemon and ginger on the nose as well as varietal scents of petrol. Ripe and red apple, pear and the beautiful mingling of acid and sugar support the expressive fruitiness quite wonderfully.  Slightly off dry.

Grevino Pinot Noir
Grapes Description

Pinot Noir either harvest well or failed. Pinot Noir expresses well soil properties and minerality that the grapes are grown in. The color of the wine is light and the wine is delicate. A cooler climate is suitable for growing good quality Pinot Noir. Terroir and the rich experience of fruit growers lead to production of Pinot Noir in the United States of America, as one of the world’s leader of Pinot Noir producers.

Wine Notes

Expressive nose of fruits jumps out of the glass. Scents of cranberry, strawberry, dill, black pepper and black tea give great complexity that carry through to the flavor profile of the palate. This wine is silky smooth and deceivingly easy to drink at 14.2% abv.

Grevino Syrah
Grapes Description

Syrah is a type of productive grape, it has strong disease-resistance and the colour of the skin is dark. Syrah germinates late, and needs a long time to grow to maturity. If the density grown of Syrah grapes is too high, the quality of the grapes will be poor and the rich and strong features of the Syrah grapes will weaken. Moreover, if the hanging time of the Syrah grapes is too long, the aroma and acidity will fade quickly.

Wine Notes

Tart blueberry, fresh leather and dried meat dominate the nose giving homage to the Rhône valley with a new world of soul. Flavors of black pepper, plum and berry are upfront with a refreshing acidity and low alcohol resulting in a balanced wine that will open up in the coming years and become something very special.

Grevino Grenache
Grapes Description

Grenache Noir grows in Spain and South of France. It adds spicy taste on Spanish Rioja and makes Rioja stronger. Grenache is also the powerful force of Châteuneuf-du-Pape and Gigondas in France. In California with plenty of sunshine, Grenache wines have aromas of juicy plums and vanilla.

Wine Notes

New world meets old world with scents of raspberry, rose petal, dust and underbrush. Flavors of cranberry, spice, fennel and herb grow in intensity on the moderately long finish with welcoming tannins giving a drying finish.

Grevino Diocelotto
Grapes Description

Dolcetto means “a little sweet’’, it expresses original fruit flavor of grapes. Dolcetto is the earliest maturing grape among 3 main red grapes in Piemonte. It is very sensitive to soil and climate, the leaves are small pentagon, and there are 5 leaves normally. Long conical bunch of grapes support the dark blue and purple grapes. In general, Dolcetto has natural fruit flavors such as quinces and almonds.

Grapes Description

Pinot Noir is also honored as “queen” of grapes. This kind of grape matures lately, the fruit is small and shape is cylindrical or conical.  The grape color is dark purple and is very juicy. It is the representative of delicate and elegant wines, and the grape is sensitive to climate, soil, geography. Pinot Noir is very suitable for Asian tastes, and very good when paired with Chinese food.
