Ca' Del Grevino Pinot Noir Reserve
Grapes Description

Pinot Noir grapes make one of the most popular wines in the world. It represents delicate, elegant, and feminine wines. The grapes are sensitive to climate, soil and geography. Pinot Noir grapes are thin-skinned. Originating in Burgundy, France Pinot Noir has a long history of cultivation; the earliest record it of is during the 1st century A.D. and at that period the grape was known as Pinor Vermei. Pinot Noir is now widely planted, the largest growing area is in Bourgogne, France, followed by the USA and New Zealand.

Wine Notes

 Working with small lots of Pinot Noir from our estate vineyard, we created an alluring, sexy and delicious rendition of a classic wine. The wine being rich in texture, showing great viscosity, a long finish and elegant tannins, is drinkable in its youth, but would benefit from some cellaring or extended decanting. Vinified with particular attention paid to its varietal character, this wine is a solid representation of our estate vineyard’s endless potential.

Ca' Del Grevino Chardonnay Reserve
Grapes Description

Adopting the Italian manor, manual picking tradition, we carefully select the best Chardonnay grapes each year and then ferment the highest-quality Chardonnay Reserve wine. Selected grapes used in wine production are flawless full grapes, with a crystal clear and golden shiny color. Chardonnay emerges from citrus fruit flavors to different flavors full of various exotic tropical fruits. This diversity also makes her become one of the most important members in making champagne and sparkling wines.

Wine Notes

This Chardonnay shows noble and elegant temperament of queens and regality The Color of this wine is straw yellow with turquoise. It shows plenty flavors of citrus, tropical fruits, lemons, limes and grapefruit flavors, making this wine very elegant. The wine body is harmoniously, balanced with a cream-like texture. Being firm and long lasting in taste, it is best when paired with seafood, cheese or with cream pasta.

Ca' Del Grevino Pinot Noir
Grapes Description

There is no other type of grape that is as high maintenance as Pinot Noir. Pinot Noir either harvests well or fails. Pinot Noir expresses well soil properties and mineral colors that the grapes are grown in. The Color of the wine is light and the wine is delicate. A cooler climate is suitable for growing good quality Pinot Noir, terroir and the rich experience of fruit growers, the highest quality Pinot Noir can be produced in America.

Wine Notes

Sourced off our vineyard where we have 31 acres planted. The fruit nicely ripens and there are beautiful aromas surrounding the crusher during the wine making process. The wine is garnet in color, with white pepper finishing and a nice rounded mouth-feel and structure. There are aromas of raspberry and fresh pine tree. The wine is fruit driven, possessing a creamy texture.

Ca’ Del Grevino Syrah
Grapes Description

Syrah is a type of productive grape, it has strong disease-resistance and the color of the skin is dark. Syrah germinates late, and needs a long time to grow to maturity If the density grown of Syrah grapes is too high, the quality of the grapes will be poor, and the rich and strong features of Syrah grapes’ features will weaken. Moreover, if the hanging time of the Syrah grapes is too long, the aroma and acidity will fade quickly.

Wine Notes

This Syrah is soft and full bodied on the palate. It has lovely tasting notes of black cracked pepper and peppermint. Balanced and nicely structured with a proper balance of tannins and acid possessing a long and lingering finish.  A balanced taste and full-bodied texture makes our Syrah a dynamic representation of our vineyards’ potential. It is best when paired, with fish, shell fish, barbecued and roasted chicken.

Ca' Del Grevino Chardonnay
Grapes Description

Chardonnay is treated as a multi-faced beauty in the world of wine. White wine made of her is crystal clear and transparent, with pleasing aromas, mellow, and with a moist feeing in the mouth. Moreover, wines made from Chardonnay, have good acidity, finish and unique flavors. Chardonnay whites are already considered as top-class wines. Young Chardonnay wines have refreshing acidity and exhibit further aromas of grass and green fruits. When getting more mature, however, Chardonnay wines will evolve into having complex and rich aromas, which will add to her stronger attractive qualities.

Wine Notes

Chardonnay is known as the king of whites and this one holds up to that reputation. Our estate Chardonnay is fermented and aged in 100 % new French oak barrels and undergoes 100% malo-lactic fermentation. This wine finishes with a pleasant, balanced acidity. Nice tropical aromas mixed well with toasted oak and balanced acidity. This wine can be enjoyed with Prosciutto and brie.

Ca’ Del Grevino White Riesling
Grapes Description

A long growing period provides White Riesling rich fruity and good, pleasant acidity. The Riesling grape is small and the grape’s shape is cylindrical or conical.  The grape color is yellow and green, and is grown densely. The skin of the fruit is thin and the flavor is unique and juicy.

Wine Notes

Our estate is good at making White Riesling. A good growing environment and careful cultivation makes the wine crisp and refreshing. It is complex and balanced, with lime and peach flavors which are sweet in taste. The pleasant soft and fragrant bouquet stays on the tip of the tongue after drinking. This wine is with a vigorous aftertaste and perfect long lasting structure.

Ca’ Del Grevino Grenache
Grapes Description

Grenache Noir grows in Spain and South of France. It adds spicy taste on Spanish Rioja and makes Rioja stronger. Grenache is also the powerful force of Châteuneuf-du-Pape and Gigondas in France. In California with plenty of sunshine, Grenache wines have aromas of juicy plums and vanilla.

Wine Notes

Notes of boysenberries, plums and cassis. There is a floral core to this wine that tends to be rose-like in its aromatic profile and is very appealing.

Ca’ Del Grevino Dolcetto
Grapes Description

Dolcetto means “a little sweet’’, it expresses original fruit flavor of grapes. Dolcetto is the earliest maturing grape among 3 main red grapes in Piemonte. It is very sensitive to soil and climate, the leaves are small pentagon, and there are 5 leaves normally. Long conical bunch of grapes support the dark blue and purple grapes. In general, Dolcetto has natural fruit flavors such as quinces and almonds.

Wine Notes

Nose of exotic spices & herbs, backed by layers of redcurrants, raspberries and summer fruits. Flavors of plums on palate with fine tannins. Medium bodied, elegant with lingering acidity at the finish.
